All expenses to be reimbursed must be submitted on the SMSC Expense Form and approved by the Ski Club Executive.
Alpine and Bantam participants must sign the Uniform Deposit Form and leave a $200 cheque for May 1 when receiving a uniform.
Alpine and Freeride participants must sign the Code of Conduct form before participating in any club actiivites.
